Renames package_type → extension_type across model, API, update server, manifest sync, settings UI, and changelog XML.\n\nSQL migration renames the DB column. XML tag <package-type> in .mokogitea/manifest.xml stays unchanged for backward compatibility.\n\n8 files, 29 additions, 14 deletions.\n\nFixes #646

Rename package_type column and Go field to extension_type across
model, API, update server, manifest sync, settings UI, and changelog.

SQL migration renames the column. XML tag <package-type> in
.mokogitea/manifest.xml is unchanged (backward compat).
