chore(rename): Template-MCP -> Template-NPM (identity + drop stale mcp-*.yml)

Repo renamed on MokoGitea to match the consolidated `npm` platform enum.
Updates repo identity references (README, CLAUDE, CONTRIBUTING,
CODE_OF_CONDUCT, issue template, sync-trigger case label) from
Template-MCP to Template-NPM, and removes the 4 stale mcp-*.yml workflows
that were superseded by npm-*.yml (which use src/ + Template-* guard).
MCP protocol references (Model Context Protocol / MCP server) are retained.
