Sync shared .mokogitea/workflows/ up to Template-Generic main (best version): hardened rc-revert.yml, ci-generic on PR, latest shared workflows; remove deploy-manual.yml. All MCP-specific workflows (mcp-build-test, mcp-sdk-check, npm-publish, codeql-analysis, etc.) preserved.
