Re-land of the MokoGitea/MokoCLI rebrand delta on the canonical Gitea main (earlier work was applied on the GitHub mirror and overwritten by the mirror sync).

  • MokoStandards fully retired; branding MokoCLI (CamelCase), lowercase mokocli in URLs
  • Gitea -> MokoGitea prose/paths; functional identifiers preserved
  • Metadata via MokoGitea Metadata field (API); no committed metadata file
  • AI-client files (.mokogitea/GEMINI.md, MOKOAI.md); gitignore /GEMINI.md /MOKOAI.md .mokoai/ .gemini/

Rebased onto current main (preserves MokoSuite + CI work). Delta:
- Retire MokoStandards/MokoStandards-Template-*/MokoStandards-API completely
- Branding MokoCLI (CamelCase) in display text; lowercase mokocli in URLs/paths
- Complete Gitea→MokoGitea prose/path cleanup where main missed it
- Metadata references → MokoGitea Metadata field (API); no committed metadata file
- Add .mokogitea/GEMINI.md + .mokogitea/MOKOAI.md; gitignore /GEMINI.md /MOKOAI.md .mokoai/
