Trivial verification PR. Its base (main) now carries all the template-repo CI guards + the always() dependent-job fix, so this run is the first to evaluate them. Expected: ci-generic Lint / pr-check Validate / pr-metadata skipped, dependent jobs (Tests, Build RC Package) resolve cleanly (not "waiting"), generic checks pass. Will close after confirming.
