chore: remove automation directory

- auto-release.yml: add id: platform and id: version steps
- ci-joomla.yml: rename moko-platform to mokocli
- workflow-sync-trigger.yml: rename mokoplatform to mokocli
- issue-branch.yml, rc-revert.yml: update metadata comments
