- Rename clone URL from MokoStandards-API.git to moko-platform.git
(repo was renamed; git clone does not follow HTTP 301 redirects)
- Change runs-on: release to ubuntu-latest (runner lacks release label)
- Fix Gitea clone auth: use token-as-username instead of x-access-token
(x-access-token is a GitHub convention, Gitea uses raw token)
