MokoSuite Realty

Real estate management for Joomla 6 — listings, showings, offers, commissions, and property search.

Layer 2 add-on for MokoSuite. Requires MokoSuiteCRM.

Features

  • Listings — property CRUD, photo gallery, status workflow, price history
  • Showings — scheduling, agent calendar, buyer feedback
  • Offers — submit, counter, accept (atomic with competing rejection)
  • Commissions — split calculations, agent YTD, pending payouts
  • Open Houses — events, visitor sign-in, lead capture
  • Property Search — Haversine geo proximity, saved searches, alerts
