Add component-level installer script that calls MokoMenuRegistry::register()
on install/update and MokoMenuRegistry::unregister() on uninstall. Menu items
use language keys so mod_mokosuiteclient_menu renders translated titles.
Also adds <scriptfile> declaration to the component manifest.
