Joomla's Web Asset Manager auto-serves .min.css/.min.js when debug mode is off — no need for separate registered assets. Duplicate entries were preventing the auto-switching behavior. Now: register source files only. Joomla finds .min versions automatically when $debug = false in configuration.php.
