Documents work that shipped in 02.31.x without changelog entries:

  • Added: offline page inherits header background (pseudo-element opacity/filter); GTranslate position + FAB collision avoidance.
  • Fixed: header background image not painting (isolation:isolate).
  • Removed: unused bg.svg and hero.jpg.

Changelog-only; no code change.
