Restores main's .mokogit/ to the full canonical Joomla layout (Template-Joomla) — it had only workflows/ after the nested-dir strip. Non-nested by construction; brings main in line with dev.

main's .mokogit/ had only workflows/ after the nested-dir strip. Restore the
full canonical Joomla layout from the source of truth (Template-Joomla), matching
dev. Non-nested by construction.
