Jonathan Miller 3d37e90bbd fix: use DEPLOY_ prefixed secrets in deploy workflow

Use dedicated deploy user secrets to avoid exposing admin credentials:
- DEPLOY_GITEA_TOKEN — deploy bot API token
- DEPLOY_GITEA_USER — deploy bot username (moko-deploy)
- DEPLOY_SSH_KEY — deploy SSH key
