fix(org-wiki): also rewrite absolute-form intra-wiki links

Match an optional https://host prefix so wiki links rendered as absolute
URLs (not just root-relative) are rewritten to the /-/wiki/ route too.
Covers nested pages like standards/Wiki-Structure.
