When building Joomla packages, sub-package ZIPs are placed in a packages/ subdirectory. The manifest <files> element must have folder="packages" for Joomla to find them. Enforcement
Instances of abusive, harassing, or otherwise unacceptable behavior may be reported to the project team at hello@mokoconsulting.tech.
