Add whitelist_actions_user rule to all branch protection definitions so the mokogitea-actions bot is automatically whitelisted for push access when sync_rulesets.php runs. Updated MokoGiteaAdapter to pass push_whitelist_actions_user and merge_whitelist_actions_user through to the Gitea API. Now explicitly fetches and checks out the target branch before committing release changes. Jonathan Miller	7c76f2c8c1	refactor(workflows): replace all inline release steps with single CLI call ... The release job now calls release_publish.php --bump minor --stability stable which handles: version bump, platform set, badge update, changelog, package build, release creation, lesser stream copies, updates.xml, and sync — all in one CLI tool. If only docs/workflows/config changed, the bump is skipped entirely. Watch path auto-detected from manifest.xml <entry-point> tag, or can be passed explicitly via --watch-path.
