Migrate workflow templates to reference MokoStandards-API

Browse Source 
All templates now clone MokoStandards-API.git (this repo) instead of
MokoStandards.git for CLI tools. Path mappings:
- /tmp/mokostandards → /tmp/mokostandards-api
- /api/cli/ → /cli/
- /api/deploy/ → /deploy/
- /api/maintenance/ → /maintenance/
