feat(workflows): multi-branch stability suffixes and remove redundant sed

- auto-bump: support dev, alpha, beta, rc, feature/* branches
- auto-bump: map branch to stability suffix via CLI tools
- auto-release: remove redundant sed strips (CLI handles internally)
- Feature branches inherit -dev stability
