Our Standards
Expected Behavior
- Be respectful and considerate in all interactions
- Provide constructive feedback focused on the work, not the person
- Accept constructive criticism gracefully
- Focus on what is best for the project and community
- Show empathy towards other community members
Unacceptable Behavior
- Harassment, intimidation, or discrimination in any form
- Trolling, insulting, or derogatory comments
- Personal or political attacks
- Publishing others' private information without consent
- Any conduct that would be inappropriate in a professional setting
Scope
This Code of Conduct applies to:
- All project repositories and wikis
- Issue trackers and pull request discussions
- Communication channels (email, chat)
- Events and meetups associated with MokoConsulting
Enforcement
Reporting
Report unacceptable behavior to hello@mokoconsulting.tech. All reports are reviewed confidentially.
Response Process
- Acknowledgment — report acknowledged within 24 hours
- Investigation — review of the reported behavior
- Action — appropriate response based on severity:
- Warning — private clarification of expectations
- Temporary restriction — limited participation for a defined period
- Permanent ban — removal from all project spaces
Appeals
Decisions may be appealed by emailing hello@mokoconsulting.tech with additional context.
