Description

Create and inspect Windows shortcut (.lnk) files.

Acceptance Criteria

  • Create shortcut with target, arguments, icon, working directory
  • Read shortcut properties (target, args, icon, hotkey)
  • Create desktop shortcut
  • Create Start Menu shortcut
  • Modify existing shortcut properties
