Description

Change Windows theme and appearance settings.

Acceptance Criteria

  • Toggle dark/light mode (apps, system, or both)
  • Set accent color by hex value
  • Set wallpaper by file path (with fit: fill, fit, stretch, tile, center, span)
  • Toggle transparency effects
  • Set taskbar alignment
