Description

Get and set mcp_windows configuration.

Acceptance Criteria

  • Get current config (allowed paths, blocked commands, limits)
  • Set values dynamically without restart
  • Configurable: blocked commands, allowed directories, output line limits
  • Persist config to ~/.mcp_windows.json
