Summary

  • Moves workflow-sync-trigger.yml from top-level .mokogitea/workflows/ into .mokogitea/workflows/custom/
  • Prevents workflow sync from overwriting this repo-specific workflow
  • The custom/ subfolder is excluded from template sync
