Go repos deploy (container build + registry push + SSH compose recreate) rather than package a release artifact. Confirm nothing moves to the forge for Go; document that Go is out of scope for the packaging hook.

Part of the MokoGIT release-system redesign (all-platforms assessment, 2026-07-18). Hybrid direction: server-side packaging, build/publish stay on runners.
