Documentation pass covering everything merged to dev since 01.05.00.

CHANGELOG

• Fixed the CI-mangled header (a duplicate empty ## [01.05.00] and the intro text sitting between two version headers).
• Added a full [Unreleased] section grouped per Keep a Changelog: dashboard (#94), edit UI (#98), CSV import UI (#103), access.xml/config.xml (#95), API/CSV columns (#101), AI endpoint + sitemap hardening (#99, #100), Joomla 6/PHP 8.2 requirement, forward-compat (#102), dead-code removal (#104), packaging (#107), and unit tests (#33).
