Auto-detects ATS tables (#__ats_tickets, #__ats_posts, #__ats_cannedreplies) and shows an import button on the helpdesk ticket list with counts. Imports: - Tickets: maps ATS status (O/P/C) to MokoWaaS statuses, priority 1-5 to low/normal/high/urgent, preserves created_by/assigned_to/dates - Posts: first post becomes ticket body, subsequent posts become replies - Canned replies: imported with title and body (HTML stripped) - Skips duplicates on re-import (idempotent) ACL enforced: requires mokowaas.tickets permission.
