Verify that removing automation/ directory has no side effects.

Verified clean:

  • source/automation/ directory does not exist
  • No PHP code references to automation/
  • Remaining automation/ci-issue-reporter.sh references in pr-check.yml and repo-health.yml are sparse-checkout fetches from Template-Generic (external repo) — expected and correct
