Summary

• SSH key indicator detection fix and missing delete language key
• Schema alignment: remove duplicate version tags from 8 manifests, align AjaxController to params column
• MokoSuiteClient bundled as nested package in release ZIP via git submodule
• Submodule checkout added to pre-release workflow (submodules: recursive)
• SQL update files for schema versions 01.43.11 through 01.43.29
• MokoRestore improvements: Joomla detection warning, multi-zip selector, standalone backup scan
• Bootstrap 5 modal conversions, language key fixes, ntfy defaults
• Multi-remote storage, remotes table schema alignment, restore_script_name column

fix: remove ordering column from profiles table ... 1b481f2e2c

The ordering column was unused in the profiles UI — profiles sort by ID.
Drops the column via migration, removes all references from model,
config query, importer, and install SQL.
