Jonathan Miller	ee345f1bb6	feat: add custom card module chrome for universal title rendering Custom card.php layout chrome renders module titles for ALL modules (core + third-party) when style="card" is used. Fixes missing titles for Community Builder, DPCalendar, HikaShop, JoomShopping, JS Jobs, Phoca Gallery, and any other extension modules without individual template overrides.
