+
+All versions use `XX.YY.ZZ` — three two-digit segments, zero-padded:

+- **XX** — Major version (breaking changes)
+- **YY** — Minor version (new features, bumped on release to main)
+- **ZZ** — Patch version (auto-incremented on every push to dev/feature branches)
+
+Rollover: patch `99` → `00` increments minor; minor `99` → `00` increments major.
+
+### Stability suffixes
+
+Each branch appends a suffix to indicate stability:
+
