Summary

The PayPal plugin exists but is a TODO stub.

Required Implementation

  • PayPal REST API v2 integration
  • Create/capture orders for one-time payments
  • Subscription plans via PayPal Subscriptions API for recurring
  • Webhook handling (PAYMENT.CAPTURE.COMPLETED, BILLING.SUBSCRIPTION.*)
  • Sandbox/live mode
  • Refund support
