Add resolveExtensionMetadata() with cascading priority: org-level repo-scoped custom fields → update_stream_config table → repo-derived defaults. All six feed generators (Joomla, WordPress, Composer, Drupal, PrestaShop, WHMCS) now use this unified resolver.
