Full namespace migration: update the Go module path and all import
statements from git.mokoconsulting.tech to code.mokoconsulting.tech.
Also updates all URL references in templates, workflows, configs,
tests, and documentation.

Rename the Go module path from code.gitea.io/gitea to
git.mokoconsulting.tech/MokoConsulting/MokoGitea across the entire
codebase.
Scope:
- go.mod module declaration
- 2,235 Go source files (import paths)
- Dockerfile WORKDIR and COPY paths
- Swagger API templates
- golangci.yml linter config
External dependencies (code.gitea.io/gitea-vet, code.gitea.io/sdk/gitea,
gitea.com/gitea/act, etc.) are intentionally NOT renamed — they are
separate upstream modules.

Fix#24623
Major changes:
1. Redirect `/owner/repo/blob/*` requests to `/owner/repo/src/commit/*`
(like GitHub)
2. Add a "view file diff" link (see screenshot below)
3. Refactor "AssertHTMLElement" to generic, now we can accurately assert
existence or number.
4. Add more tests

It missed `IncludeTags: true,`. That means this bug will be occupied only when the release is a tag.
This PR will fix
- Get the right tag record when it's not a release
- Display correct tag tab but not release tag when it's a tag.
- The button will bring the tag name to the new page when it's a single tag page
- the new page will automatically hide the release target inputbox when the tag name is pre filled. This should be backport to v1.21.

1. Serve "robots.txt" and ".well-known/security.txt" in the "public"
custom path
* All files in "public/.well-known" can be served, just like
"public/assets"
3. Add a test for ".well-known/security.txt"
4. Simplify the "FileHandlerFunc" logic, now the paths are consistent so
the code can be simpler
5. Add CORS header for ".well-known" endpoints
6. Add logs to tell users they should move some of their legacy custom
public files
