Add runtime ${APP_NAME} placeholder substitution in locale strings so
all user-facing text reflects the configured APP_NAME from app.ini.
Replace 52 hardcoded locale strings, template literals, HTTP auth
realm headers, and Swagger API titles/descriptions with the
configurable value.

Add a dropdown on the admin dashboard to switch between update streams
(stable, rc, beta, alpha, development) matching the Joomla pattern.
Changes:
- Admin dashboard shows channel selector with descriptions
- POST handler validates and applies channel change in-memory
- Triggers immediate re-check against updates.xml after switch
- updates.xml has all 5 standard channels with descriptions

Replace JSON API-based update checking with Joomla-style updates.xml
that supports multiple update streams (stable, dev, security).
Changes:
- Add updates.xml at repo root with stable/dev/security channels
following the same XML structure as MokoOnyx and other Joomla repos
- Rewrite updatechecker module to parse XML with channel filtering
- Add CHANNEL setting to [update_checker] config (default: stable)
- Show channel name and docker pull command in admin dashboard banner

Replace removed upstream Gitea update checker with MokoGitea-native
version that checks our own releases API.
- New module: modules/updatechecker/ — fetches latest release from
git.mokoconsulting.tech, compares semver, caches result
- Cron task: runs every 24h (and at startup)
- Admin dashboard: shows green banner when update available
- Configurable via [update_checker] in app.ini

with configurable HelpURL, rebrand default APP_NAME to MokoGitea, enforce

add system repo explanation in settings UI.

* commit page: load branches and tags referencing this commit
The legacy "data-redirect" attribute is removed, it only makes the page
reload (sometimes using an incorrect link).
Also did cleanup for some devtest pages.

Removes all URLs from translation strings to easy up changing them in
the future and to exclude people injecting malicious URLs through
translations. First measure as long as #24402 is out of scope.
- Refactor the system status list into its own template
- Change the backend to return only the system status if htmx initiated
the request
- `hx-get="{{$.Link}}/system_status`: reuse the backend handler
- `hx-swap="innerHTML"`: replace the `<div>`'s innerHTML (essentially
the new template)
- `hx-trigger="every 5s"`: call every 5 seconds
- `hx-indicator=".divider"`: the `is-loading` class shouldn't be added
to the div during the request, so set it on an element it has no effect
on
- Render "Since Last GC Time" with `<relative-time>`, so we send a
timestamp

This PR will change all the branches retrieve method from reading git
data to read database to reduce git read operations.
- [x] Sync git branches information into database when push git data
- [x] Create a new table `Branch`, merge some columns of `DeletedBranch`
into `Branch` table and drop the table `DeletedBranch`.
- [x] Read `Branch` table when visit `code` -> `branch` page
- [x] Read `Branch` table when list branch names in `code` page dropdown

- [x] Provide a button in admin page to manually sync all branches.
- [x] Sync branches if repository is not empty but database branches are

Before, Gitea shows the database table stats on the `admin dashboard`
page.
It has some problems:
* `count(*)` is quite heavy. If tables have many records, this blocks
loading the admin page blocks for a long time
* Some users had even reported issues that they can't visit their admin
page because this page causes blocking or `50x error (reverse proxy
timeout)`
* The `actions` stat is not useful. The table is simply too large. Does
it really matter if it contains 1,000,000 rows or 9,999,999 rows?
* The translation `admin.dashboard.statistic_info` is difficult to
maintain.
So, this PR uses a separate page to show the stats and removes the
`actions` stat.
## ⚠️ BREAKING
The `actions` Prometheus metrics collector has been removed for the
reasons mentioned beforehand.
Please do not rely on its output anymore.

1. Give `.ui.ui.ui.container` a width of `1280px` with a max-width of
`calc(100vw - 64px)`, so the main contents looks better on large
devices.
2. Share styles for table elements in all levels settings pages to fix
overflow of runners table on mobile and for consistency (The headers on
mobile can be further improved, but haven't found a proper way yet).
3. Use [stackable
grid](https://fomantic-ui.com/collections/grid.html#stackable) and
[device column width](https://fomantic-ui.com/examples/responsive.html)
for responsiveness for some pages (repo/org collaborators settings
pages, org teams related page)

This adds a SSH_AUTHORIZED_PRINCIPALS_ALLOW which is default
email,username this means that users only can add the principals
that match their email or username.
To allow anything the admin need to set the option anything.
This allows for a safe default in gitea which protects against malicious
users using other user's prinicipals. (before that user could set it).
This commit also has some small other fixes from the last code review.
