UserTitleToWebPath now splits on / and sanitizes each segment
independently, preserving the directory structure. This allows
creating pages like "features/Custom-Fields" as actual nested files.
Support real subdirectories in wiki instead of escaping / to %2F.
When navigating to a folder, tries README.md, Home.md, index.md
as index pages. If none found, shows a file/folder listing.
Includes:
- Stop escaping / in WebPathFromRequest (wiki_path.go)
- Folder detection with index file fallback
- Auto-generated sidebar folder tree
- Breadcrumb navigation for nested paths
- Folder listing view when no index page exists
- CSS for tree sidebar and folder listing
Full namespace migration: update the Go module path and all import
statements from git.mokoconsulting.tech to code.mokoconsulting.tech.
Also updates all URL references in templates, workflows, configs,
tests, and documentation.

Allow C++, .NET, version numbers (2.0.1) in wiki filenames.
Clean up isolated plus signs that appear between hyphens.
Examples:
- C++ vs C# -> C++-vs-C.md
- .NET Guide -> .NET-Guide.md
- version 2.0.1 -> version-2.0.1-release.md

New wiki page titles are now sanitized before creating the git file:
- Spaces and special characters replaced with hyphens
- Consecutive hyphens collapsed to single hyphen
- Leading/trailing hyphens trimmed
Examples:
- "My Page Name" -> "My-Page-Name"
- "API & Docs (v2)" -> "API-Docs-v2"
- "100% Complete!!" -> "100-Complete"
Only affects NEW pages. Existing wiki pages with legacy filenames
(spaces, URL encoding) continue to work — the read path is unchanged.

Rename the Go module path from code.gitea.io/gitea to
git.mokoconsulting.tech/MokoConsulting/MokoGitea across the entire
codebase.
Scope:
- go.mod module declaration
- 2,235 Go source files (import paths)
- Dockerfile WORKDIR and COPY paths
- Swagger API templates
- golangci.yml linter config
External dependencies (code.gitea.io/gitea-vet, code.gitea.io/sdk/gitea,
gitea.com/gitea/act, etc.) are intentionally NOT renamed — they are
separate upstream modules.

The logic of "URLJoin" is unclear and it is often abused.
Also:
* Correct the `resolveLinkRelative` behavior
* Fix missing "PathEscape" in `ToTag`
* Fix more FIXMEs, and add new FIXMEs for newly found problems
* Refactor "auth page common template data"
https://github.com/golangci/golangci-lint/releases/tag/v2.6.0
- `modernize` linter is enabled, this is the same as `gopls modernize`
- ~~`perfsprint` linter is disabled because it conflicts with
`modernize` (maybe there is a middle ground)~~
- gocritic `deprecatedComment` is disabled as it conflicts with
`go-swagger`
This PR only does "renaming":
* `Route` should be `Router` (and chi router is also called "router")
* `Params` should be `PathParam` (to distingush it from URL query param, and to match `FormString`)
* Use lower case for private functions to avoid exposing or abusing
In #28691, schedule plans will be deleted when a repo's actions unit is
disabled. But when the unit is enabled, the schedule plans won't be
created again.
This PR fixes the bug. The schedule plans will be created again when the
actions unit is re-enabled
The Infinite Monkey Random Typing catches a bug, inconsistent wiki path
converting.

1. Clearly define the wiki path behaviors, see
`services/wiki/wiki_path.go` and tests
2. Keep compatibility with old contents
3. Allow to use dashes in titles, eg: "2000-01-02 Meeting record"
4. Add a "Pages" link in the dropdown, otherwise users can't go to the
Pages page easily.
5. Add a "View original git file" link in the Pages list, even if some
file names are broken, users still have a chance to edit or remove it,
without cloning the wiki repo to local.
6. Fix 500 error when the name contains prefix spaces.
This PR also introduces the ability to support sub-directories, but it
can't be done at the moment due to there are a lot of legacy wiki data,
which use "%2F" in file names.
