Full namespace migration: update the Go module path and all import
statements from git.mokoconsulting.tech to code.mokoconsulting.tech.
Also updates all URL references in templates, workflows, configs,

Rename the Go module path from code.gitea.io/gitea to
git.mokoconsulting.tech/MokoConsulting/MokoGitea across the entire
codebase.

Scope:
- go.mod module declaration
- 2,235 Go source files (import paths)
- Dockerfile WORKDIR and COPY paths
- Swagger API templates
- golangci.yml linter config

External dependencies (code.gitea.io/gitea-vet, code.gitea.io/sdk/gitea,
gitea.com/gitea/act, etc.) are intentionally NOT renamed — they are
separate upstream modules.

josetduarte f76f5207a7 feature to be able to filter project boards by milestones (#36321) 
This pull request adds milestone filtering support to both repository
and organization project boards. Users can now filter project issues by
milestone, similar to how they filter by label or assignee. The
implementation includes backend changes to fetch and filter milestones,
as well as frontend updates to display a milestone filter dropdown in
the project board UI.

**Milestone filtering support:**

* Added support for filtering project board issues by milestone in both
repository and organization contexts, including handling for "no
milestone" and "all milestones" options. (`routers/web/repo/projects.go`

Nanguan Lin 6a725b6f9c Remove deadcode under models/issues (#28536) 
Using the Go Official tool `golang.org/x/tools/cmd/deadcode@latest`
mentioned by [go blog](https://go.dev/blog/deadcode).
Just use `deadcode .` in the project root folder and it gives a list of
unused functions. Though it has some false alarms.
This PR removes dead code detected in `models/issues`.
