Full namespace migration: update the Go module path and all import
statements from git.mokoconsulting.tech to code.mokoconsulting.tech.
Also updates all URL references in templates, workflows, configs,
tests, and documentation.

Rename the Go module path from code.gitea.io/gitea to
git.mokoconsulting.tech/MokoConsulting/MokoGitea across the entire
codebase.

Scope:
- go.mod module declaration
- 2,235 Go source files (import paths)
- Dockerfile WORKDIR and COPY paths
- Swagger API templates
- golangci.yml linter config

External dependencies (code.gitea.io/gitea-vet, code.gitea.io/sdk/gitea,
gitea.com/gitea/act, etc.) are intentionally NOT renamed — they are
separate upstream modules.

Closes #132

wxiaoguang f9f9876f2c Clean up AppURL, remove legacy origin-url webcomponent (#37090) 
1. `origin-url` was introduced in the past when there was no good
framework support to detect current host url
    * It is not needed anymore
    * Removing it makes the code clearer
2. Separate template helper functions for different templates (web
page/mail)
3. The "AppURL" info is removed from admin config page: it doesn't
really help.
    * We already have various app url checks at many places
