PLATFORM_TEMPLATES had no npm key and mcp pointed at the renamed-away Template-MCP. Adds npm => Template-NPM and keeps mcp => Template-NPM as a legacy alias.

PLATFORM_TEMPLATES had no `npm` key and `mcp` pointed at the renamed-away
Template-MCP, so platform=npm children fell back to Template-Generic.
Add `npm => Template-NPM` and keep `mcp => Template-NPM` as a legacy alias.
Bump header VERSION 09.43.00 -> 09.44.00.
