- bulk_joomla_template: $org undefined in heredoc (missing parameter)
- RepositorySynchronizer: $root undefined (should be $repoRoot), duplicate array key
- RepositoryHealthChecker: wrong class name (UnifiedValidation → UnifiedValidator)
- scan_drift: missing $adapter property declaration
- auto_detect_platform: wrong method name (detectProjectType → detect)
- EnterpriseReadinessValidator: void return used as value
- check_client_theme: extra parameter to printSummary()
- ApiClient: unused constructor parameter now stored
- GitPlatformAdapter: added listBranches/getCloneUrl/cloneRepo to interface
- MokoGiteaAdapter/GitHubAdapter: implemented new interface methods
3 legacy CLIApp scripts excluded (need migration to CliFramework):
repo_cleanup.php, push_files.php, joomla_release.php

refactor: rename .gitea/ to .mokogitea/ in all PHP code and sync engine
...
Update GiteaAdapter.getWorkflowDir() and getMetadataDir() to return
.mokogitea paths. All 24 PHP files referencing .gitea/ updated.
Bulk sync will now push workflows to .mokogitea/workflows/ in
governed repos.

- Add web URL helpers to GitPlatformAdapter interface (getRepoWebUrl,
getPullRequestWebUrl, getIssueWebUrl, getBranchWebUrl, getMetadataDir,
getStepSummaryEnvVar) with implementations in both adapters
- Refactor bulk_sync, push_files, repo_cleanup to use PlatformAdapterFactory
instead of hardcoded GitHub API URLs and raw curl calls
- Fix RepositorySynchronizer override file and .mokostandards migration to
use platform-aware metadata directories
- Add joomla-template platform type with full definition and detection
