The repo was renamed mokoplatform -> mokocli; this rewrites every stale reference across the tree (case-sensitive): MokoPlatform -> MokoCLI (DEFGROUP/INGROUP doc tags) mokoplatform -> mokocli (repo URLs, /opt & /tmp paths, clone URLs, EXCLUDE lists, XML xmlns + <root> namespace) moko-platform -> moko-cli (marker files) XML namespace URIs and ManifestParser::NAMESPACE_URI are changed in lockstep so local manifest-vs-parser validation stays consistent. The external standards.mokoconsulting.tech namespace endpoint must be updated to match separately (tracked in #336). The forMissingHeader() return was 177 chars, exceeding the 150-char limit (Generic.Files.LineLength) that Gate 1 enforces as an error. Split it across concatenated lines; output is unchanged. CLI tools failed with "Class MokoEnterprise\SourceResolver not found" because the Composer autoloader was never loaded. The require_once for CliFramework.php loaded the framework but not the PSR-4 autoloader that maps MokoEnterprise\ to lib/Enterprise/. Adding require_once for vendor/autoload.php in the constructor ensures all Enterprise classes (SourceResolver, etc.) are available to every CLI tool that extends CliFramework. All display methods (banner, progress, section, status, log, table, summary box, divider, step) now write to stderr via a new display() helper. This ensures stdout is reserved for machine-readable data, fixing CI pipelines that capture CLI output with $() or redirect to $GITHUB_OUTPUT. Root cause: version_read.php banner was written to stdout, so VERSION=$(php version_read.php --path .) captured the box-drawing characters along with the version string, corrupting $GITHUB_OUTPUT and breaking downstream release steps. Jonathan Miller	531e462d9d	fix: use API repo root for template resolution in bulk sync ... syncFilesToBranch was resolving template paths against $standardsRoot (../MokoStandards) instead of $repoRoot (the API repo where templates actually live). This caused all template-sourced entries to silently fail with "Source file not found", resulting in 0 files synced.
